1. Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through this site is the owner of guiapbas.pro. The contact channel for any matter relating to personal data is support@guiapbas.pro. A postal address for formal notices is provided through that same channel to anyone showing a legitimate interest.

2. Data we process

This site does not require user registration and does not manage gambling accounts. The data that may be processed is:

• Contact data: name, email address, subject and message content, when the contact form is used.
• Subscription data: email address, when updates are requested.
• Unsubscribe data: email address and optional reason, when the unsubscribe form is used.
• Technical browsing data: information your browser transmits automatically, such as IP address, device type, browser and pages visited, to the extent recorded by the hosting provider.
• Preferences stored on your device: the state of the cookie notice is saved in your browser's local storage. That information stays on your device.

• Handling unsubscribe requests.
• Maintaining the security, availability and correct operation of the site.

We do not sell personal data. It may be accessed, as data processors, by the providers needed to run the site, such as the web hosting service and, where applicable, the email delivery provider. If a provider is located outside the country, the transfer will comply with the safeguards required by applicable law.

10. Minors

The content of this site is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you notice such a situation, contact us so that we can delete it.

11. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system can guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last updated date.
